Park Heritage Living was founded to address one of the most overlooked crises in our communities — the lack of safe, affordable housing for low-income and disabled seniors.
How We Started
A Problem Too Important to Ignore
Seniors are a protected class under fair housing law — yet they remain among the most housing-insecure populations in America. Low fixed incomes, rising rents, physical limitations, and the loss of family support leave many older adults with nowhere safe to turn.
Park Heritage Living was born from a simple conviction: that the seniors who built our communities deserve to age in dignity, not in fear of losing their homes. We set out to create a model that is both genuinely affordable and genuinely warm — shared single-family residences that feel like home, not like facilities.
Our homes are fully furnished, all utilities included, and designed with accessibility in mind. We work with residents on SSI, Social Security, and housing assistance programs to ensure that cost is never a barrier to safety.
