Who We Serve
Eligibility Requirements
You May Qualify If…
- Age 62 or older
- Low income — SSI, Social Security, or limited fixed income
- Physical or cognitive disability (not required, but welcome)
- Able to live semi-independently or with outside support services
- Non-violent background
- Willing to respect shared household guidelines
Not a Fit If…
- Currently under 62 years of age
- Requires 24-hour skilled nursing care
- History of violent or disruptive behavior
- Active substance abuse without treatment plan

Phone Screening
A member of our team will reach out to schedule a brief phone call to learn more and answer your questions.
Home Visit & Match
If there's a good fit, we'll arrange a visit to the home and introduce you to the household before finalizing placement.
Move In
Once matched and paperwork is complete, you're ready to move in. Your room will be furnished and ready to go.
